Kitoto the giraffe heads to Taronga Zoo

‘Kitoto’, the newest member of Taronga’s giraffe herd, is travelling by road from Dubbo in her custom-built travelling crate. Kitoto will be driven from Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo, to Taronga, where she will be transferred to the giraffe exhibit. She will join Taronga’s other giraffes Jimiyu, Nyota and Zarafa.

Kitoto's trip comes a week after Tanzi the Rothschild's giraffe arrived at her new home at Mogo Zoo after a similar two-day road trip.
