Construction of Devil's Elbow Brewery within a stage of the estate is rapidly progressing.
It comes after the first four of eight stages of the park's development had been completed.
A further three businesses have also recently secured blocks within the park that provides commercial, industrial and bulky goods space.
Bricks and mortar are transforming the greenfield site that has Mitchell Highway frontage on Dubbo's eastern perimeter.
Paul Knaggs, a managing director of Blueridge Business Park, reported of the progress this week.
Mr Knaggs is also a managing director of design and construction company Blueridge Projects, which has built many of the premises in the park including for its first occupant, Water NSW in 2010.
He anticipated plans for the eighth stage would be submitted for approval imminently.
"In the last stage there's a lot of blocks... so it is a very large release and it's broken down into stages as well," he said.
The developers have a target date of three years from June 30 for all the road network to be completed, bringing the entire state to fruition.
In addition to Devil's Elbow Brewery, Jayco Dubbo and Yamaha Dubbo had also signed on to a stage seven block, Mr Knaggs said.
"From a Blueridge Projects side of things, we've been working on a couple of projects in the park that have now come off, just in the past month, again, really exciting for the park," he said.
"We've been negotiating with a company called Audio Plus and they've negotiated their way into the park on a block quite forward in the park and we have DA approval for that.
"It's about 1150 square metres of shed and office."

A recently completed unit is occupied by Simtech and Page Electronics.
As the venture takes shape, Blueridge Projects has kept subcontractors consistently in work for six years, Mr Knaggs said.
They included concreters, local plumbers and steel fabricators.
"When we built Midwest Foods, Century Batteries and Geoff Richards Panel Beating that was an 18-month period where they were constantly working for us, which was a fantastic run," he said.
With a lot of the hard yards done, the born and bred Dubbo man was looking forward to the next three years.
"I think the confidence level of Dubbo should rise in the next three years, and I look at it as we're [Dubbo] is a service centre, and that's what we need to be," Mr Knaggs said.
"We service a big area, and we need to be good at it.
"And I think we will be...
"And hopefully Blueridge with a presence right on the highway from Sydney, people look at it as an enterprising place to do business..."
