A mystery punter has hit the jackpot with a lottery ticket purchased at Dubbo but they're yet to come forward to collect their million-dollar windfall.

A sweet $4.92 million remained unclaimed on Sunday, three days after the latest Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
What is certain is the $2.20 ticket was sold to an unregistered player at Talbragar Street Newsagency.
The Lott turned to social media to appeal for help to unite the mystery winner with the prize in the wake of the draw.
"Please help us find the missing Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot winner from today's draw (10284) so we can give them a nice Easter surprise," it said in a post to Facebook.
With the prize still unclaimed, hopes remained alive in the city, particularly at the downtown outlet that sold the ticket.
Talbragar Street Newsagency owner Peter Snare was ready to offer congratulations to the winner and to "get a chair for them, sit them down" to help with the shock.
"Well it would be good to see them come forward and happy for them," he said.
"They might know, they might be just getting used to the feel.
"But a great win, that's for sure."

The newsagent has experience with dealing with new millionaires, having sold 41 big winners in 34 years.
"We don't know who it is at the moment, they haven't come forward, and we don't know if it's local or an out-of-towner, but all our previous winners have been local, so we're hoping it's another local," he said.
A million-dollar prize opens up a lot of opportunities, and when asked what he would spend it on, Mr Snare said "any amount of things".
"But I think I'd bank it and get the feel of it for 12 months, and decide what I'd do after that," he said.
Customers streamed in as the newsagency did a brisk trade in lotteries, newspapers and other goods on Sunday morning.
"Easter is always a busy time, but I suppose the excitement of the win has gotten out and people are coming in to try their luck," Mr Snare said.
"So come on down."
