The bond between two nations that fought side-by-side a century ago and remain friends today will be honoured at Dubbo's Anzac Day services this year.

New Zealand's national anthem will be added to the program for the commemoration on April 25.
The Aussie and Kiwi flags will also fly at half mast at the cenotaph in Victoria Park as the city gathers for the solemn occasion.
Dubbo RSL sub-branch president Tom Gray has championed the inclusion of Australia's neighbour across the Tasman.
Under his leadership the New Zealand flag was carried in the march for the first time in 2018.
"I've been thinking about it for a while," Mr Gray said of the addition of the flag and anthem.
"I don't know why it was not done before."
The sub-branch issued a call-out to soloists interested in performing the New Zealand national anthem, 'God Defend New Zealand'.

Anyone interested can contact Mr Gray via the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club.
Sing Australia Dubbo, the male choir and the Dubbo band had also been rehearsing the anthem, Mr Gray said.
