Skinner smashed 124 not out as his Tigers chased down CYMS Green’s imposing total of 231 at Lady Cutler South 3.
CYMS captain Brayden McGhee had made 68 earlier while Joe Jackson hit 57 as the Cougars went at close to six runs an over.

Newtown White was in trouble at 4/92 in reply but Skinner arrived and set about tearing the attack apart.
Ben Peacocke made 47 in a supporting role but the 143-run partnership was dominated by Skinner, who was an undoubted man of the match.
Corey Ashby was the other star on the weekend and his incredible effort of 5/4 from eight overs highlighted RSL-Colts Red’s win over Newtown Gold.
The Colts man bowled five maiden in his spell while one of the four runs was a no ball.
Ashby’s devastating opening spell saw the Tigers rolled for 78 and that target was easily reached within 15 overs.
Close to 550 runs was scored at Bob Dowling 3 as a Matt Naden-inspired Rugby Blue downed Macquarie Blue.
Naden made 63 while Grant Berryman’s unbeaten 78 and 68 from Darcy Chewings saw Rugby Blue post a massive 5/290 from 40 overs.
Naden took 3/35 from eight overs with the ball but plenty of other bowlers copped some stick as Macquarie Blue gave the chase a real crack.
Brenton Morgan went close to a ton, making 91 not out, while Fourie Boje, the brother of former South African spinner Nicky Boje, chipped in with 84.
But it wasn’t enough as the Blues were downed by 36 runs.
Youngster Anthony Atlee showed his potential for RSL-Colts White on Saturday but his side suffered a five-wicket loss to Newtown Black.
Atlee made 35 while Mick Davis top-scored with 38 in Colts’ total of 146. Darren Davies bowled well for Newtown Black, taking 3/20, while Michael Donnelly claimed 2/19.
Brett Wrigley powered the Tigers to victory, making 67 at the top of the order, and while Atlee took 3/37 it wasn’t enough as the target was reached in the 33rd over.
CYMS White moved into the top three courtesy of a win over South Dubbo.
Quincy Ross claimed 3/19 while fellow Cougars Kyle Larance and Joe Kempston took two wickets each as Souths, led by 44 from Neil Motbey, was dismissed for 108.
Peter Hyde then made 40 at the top of the order before retiring. His side reached the target with relative ease in the 22nd over.
Rugby Red proved too good for Macquarie White at John McGrath 2.
Kye Matheson (3/14) and Dale Smith (2/19) helped dismiss Macquarie White for 120, with David Slack-Smith’s 36 the best score.
In a convincing run chase, John Connolly made an unbeaten 52 while Brett Paul chimed in with 41.
