There were no official grievances recorded against the councillors, general manager or the former administrator during the 12 months.
Only one complaint was received in the 12 months from October 2015 to September 2016. It cost $5900 to investigate.
The complaint was referred to a conduct reviewer and it was determined no action would be taken in relation to the issue raised.
There were a total of three complaints made in 2015 about the councillors or general manager.
Two of the complaints- which cost $1400 and $6435 apiece- were referred to a conduct reviewer but it was decided no further action was needed to be taken.
A third complaint, which cost Dubbo City Council $500, was unable to be taken any further as it came from an anonymous source.
