Canobolas Local Area Command detectives are looking for a teenager who allegedly stabbed a 15-year-old boy and stole his scooter.

The 15-year-old was at the skate park near Glenroi Oval on Monday.
Between 7.30am and 8.30am, another teenager, believed to be aged around 17-years-old, grabbed the 15-year-old turned him around and stabbed him with a small knife in his chest.
Chief Inspector Peter Atkins said the 17-year-old then fled the scene with the 15-year-old’s scooter.
The 17-year-old has been described as of Aboriginal appearance, wearing t-shirt and shorts and orange shoes.
Chief Inspector Atkins said the 15-year-old then went to a friend’s house who drove him to Orange hospital.
At Orange hospital the 15-year-old’s puncture wound was sutured and he has since been discharged.
“We’re calling on anyone who was around the stake park at the time to get in contact with us or Crime Stoppers,” Chief Inspector Atkins said.
He said police officers would be continuing their investigations today.
