The Blues, RSL-Whitney Cup champions in 2015/16, scored a dominant win over Newtown to start to the new campaign but have made some changes for round two.
Injured opening bowler Jeremy Dickson drops back to second grade as he continues to deal with a back complaint while Sam Henry and Jordan Fleming both receive a maiden call-up for the clash against RSL-Colts at No. 3 Oval.
Captain Keiran Brien is now back in the country after missing round one but he will also miss this fixture due to a thumb injury.
Both impressed in lower grades last season and Fleming started this summer in fine form when scoring a round one century in the RSL-Kelly Cup third grade competition.
Both will feature in a batting lineup which fired against Newtown.
Dan Medway was the star that match, scoring a century, but there is depth of talent with veteran Jason Green joined by the likes of stand-in captain Ed Haylock, all-rounder Angus Cusack and Ricky Medway.
For Colts, the defending premiers, this weekend offers a chance to bounce back from a disappointing opening performance.
Affected by player unavailability, Colts went down to South Dubbo but a more familiar lineup is expected this time out.
Opening bowler and hard-hitting middle order batsman Tom Atlee missed out on the chance to bowl in that match but is back to partner Benny Semmler with the new ball.
As always for Colts, which is still without captain Greg Buckley, the experienced core group of Jason Ryan, Brad Cox, Wes Giddings and Chris Morton will be vital to the side’s hopes.
Day one of the clash at No. 3 Oval starts at 1pm on Saturday.
