As valuable members of the sales and leasing team at Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo, Daniel and Rob assist prospective purchasers and tenants in the sale or leasing of retail, office and industrial properties currently listed by their agency.
Both men have resided in Dubbo for a number of years now and are well-known in local business circles, which ensures they remain up-to-date with commercial trends and events in the Dubbo market.
“The office leasing sector has seen noticeable improvement in enquiry levels for office space late last year and into 2017,” Daniel said.
“Several existing businesses have relocated to exciting new premises and we have also seen some new entries to the Dubbo office scene.
“Our strongest sector through 2016 was the industrial properties with good take up of many warehouses through the year.”
Rob said the investor market remained strong when properties became available, with several auction campaigns in the latter half of 2016 generating plenty of activity.
“This continued interest in the investment property market is buoyed by the continued low interest rates and the lack of investment properties coming on to the market. On the other hand, properties listed to be sold with vacant possession tend to be slower to shift but these have been selling, the most recent being the Rivwest premises sold at 31 Talbragar Street.”
Andrew McDonald Commercial have seen excellent results through several strong auction campaigns in 2017, stirring owner-occupiers and investors into action with many industrial and retail properties selling under the hammer or negotiated in the days following the auction. Recent sales included the multi-tenanted Macquarie Credit Union building at 165 Brisbane Street selling for $3.695 million (a net yield of 6.59 per cent) and the Dubbo Traffic Control industrial premises at 11 McGuinn Crescent achieving $902,500 at a net yield of 7.2 per cent.
Daniel and Rob are committed to providing the excellent customer service for which the proudly local and independent Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo is known.
