The Colour Run will raise funds for Narromine High School, and use non-toxic cornstarch dye sourced locally from Dubbo.
Teacher and SRC coordinator Simone Googe said it would be great to see people from across the region take part in the colourful event.
“Narromine doesn’t have any hills so it’s a really easy five kilometres,” she said.
“And all those parkrunners – it’s on a Sunday morning, so head out to Narromine!
“It’s a nice, fun day out and it’s forecast to be only about 30 degrees and sunny and it’s a great way to get involved in the community.”
The event starts at 10am on Sunday and tickets are $15 for school-aged children and $20 for adults. Kids under school age are free.
Participants should wear a white shirt, sunglasses and comfortable shoes.
