Reception the Musical, produced by Bethany Simons and Critical Stages, will open for one show on October 7.
“Bethany was born and raised in Dubbo and she performed regularly alongside her siblings in The Simons Family Trio accompanied by her mum, Sharon Simons,” Ms Christof said.
Meanwhile, Dubbo dance prodigy, Ella Havelka, has been cast to perform in Giselle by The Australian Ballet on October 14.
“Ella will be performing in the Peasant Pas de Deux, one of the most famous passages in this well- known and spirited ballet,” Ms Christof said.
October will also see Wesley House Players Inc bring Secret Bridesmaids’ Business back to the stage.
