Police put the call at on the Orana LAC Facebook page.
It said: “We believe he may be able to help us with information about a stealing incident that occurred at Woolworths, Orana Mall, Sunday 10/09/17 @ 6.40pm.”
Anyone with information is asked to call the Dubbo Police station on 6883 1599.
All information received will be treated with the strictest confidence.
