Petbarn Dubbo, in partnership with RSPCA NSW, is inviting the community to join them in celebrating World Cat Day on August 8.
The day was an opportunity for the Dubbo community to meet the furry friends in need of homes, Petbarn Dubbo store manager Thomas Adams said.
“Cats make wonderful pets as they’re affectionate yet independent. They are renowned for their companionship, playful nature and self-sufficiency, making a great addition to any family,” Mr Adams said.
“If you have been thinking about adding a furry friend to your family, we encourage you to come down to Petbarn Dubbo on Tuesday 8th August and speak to one of our lovely team members about the adoption process.”
For those who wish to take home a new cat, the adoption process in-store can be completed in-store.
All cats are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked.
