Shirley will probably be a little shy upon first meeting you, but with some affirmations and pats, she will warm up to you very quickly.

As Shirley is still young, she it would do her well to receive some basic puppy training, including lead walks, but if you have the patience she would absolutely do wonders.

Shirley would make a great family pet and would suit a family with children or an older couple or person.

Don’t think that just because she is a small pooch that she will be loud. Quiet the opposite, Shirley is a quiet girl, who loves pats and affection.

If you already have dogs but are thinking of adopting Shirley, please keep in mind she would be better suited to a household with dogs her own or of similar size.
