It’s almost six months since they first brought their wares to Dubbo, and director Scott Burns said the city seemed the perfect fit for their expanding business.
“It’s a good selling centre,” he said.
“The other thing is the business is getting pretty big and we need another outlet and Dubbo’s a good place.
“We do like Dubbo, we liked the people there and people seem to really like the service we provide.”
He said the company would ideally like to host an auction in Dubbo about every four to six weeks.
And there seems to be a market for it – a social media post regarding Sunday’s sale attracted 66,000 hits on Tuesday night alone.
“There’s a mountain of white goods and TVs and electronics, PlayStations and we’ve also got a liquidation of furniture so there’s an enormous amount of lounges and hardwood furniture there,” Mr Burns said.
“I think there are some really good bargains to be had, for sure.”
The auction starts is set to kick off at 10.30am on Sunday, May 21 at Lot 21 Mitchell Hwy, Dubbo, opposite the airport.
People will be able to inspect lots from 8.30am.
