Gregory Joseph Dunn, 54, was successful in his April 13 application - but strict conditions were set.

Bail was granted with the requirement two acceptable people were to agree to forfeit $10,000 each with cash deposit.

He was further to surrender any passport and not to go beyond 50 kilometres outside the city of Dubbo.

Mr Dunn was granted bail subject to a curfew between the hours of 9pm and 6am and daily reporting to Dubbo police station.

He is also not to take any prohibited or restricted drug, and undertake any test to check for compliance with the condition.

Mr Dunn had spent nine weeks remanded in custody after he was charged with six offences.

He had applied for bail but it was refused in Dubbo Local Court on February 9.

He is accused of cultivating or knowingly taking part in the cultivation of 67 cannabis plants, which is not less than the commercial quantity.

He is also charged with knowingly allowing a Depot Road premises to be used as a drug premises, and with organising, conducting and assisting in conducting a drug premises.

He is further charged with causing electricity to be diverted, consumed and used from a generating distribution system without proper authority to do so.

He is also accused of possessing and supplying a prohibited drug.

Co-accused Jamie Dunn is accused of dealing with $244,817 in cash being the proceeds of crime.

He is also charged with organising and conducting a drug premises in Depot Road, cultivating 67 cannabis plants, which is not less than the commercial quantity, supplying 30kg of cannabis leaf and a number of firearms offences.

He was remanded in custody on February 9.

Co-accused Bruce Dunn is accused of dealing with $160,000 in cash being the proceeds of crime and a number of firearms-related offences.

All three are due back before the court on May 31.
