Police and emergency services were called to Mt Seaview, 80km west of Port Macquarie, following reports of a crash around 2pm on Saturday but the 51-year-old rider died at the scene.
Earlier, a woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident near Wee Waa.
Police and emergency services were called to Wee Waa Road, 20km north of Narrabri, about 1.20pm following reports a car had crashed into a tree.
Tragically, a 27-year-old woman died at the scene.
Just hours later a man died following a motorcycle crash on the Oxley Highway in northern NSW.
Meanwhile, a 50-year-old woman has died and a man is in a serious condition after a motorcycle crash near Bathurst on Saturday.
Just after 10.30am emergency services were called to the Great Western Highway about 35km from Bathurst, following reports of a crash.
Police have been told a motorcycle with two riders, was travelling westbound when it crashed.
