Shortly after 8.30am on Wednesday, as people arrived at work inside the industrial estate, officers swooped on the premises.
Once inside they discovered more than 60 cannabis plants as well as a large amount of dried leaf matter.
In a second raid, a substantial amount of cash was also retrieved from a home on Joira Road, which is believed to belong to one of the men.
Items were also taken from a third property, on Huntingdale Close, and will be further examined.
Orana Local Area Command (LAC) acting superintendent Scott Tanner said a tip off set the operation in motion.
“Police received information from the general public which led us to this search warrant,” he said
“Police can only act on the information they get, so we strongly urge anyone who’s got information in regards to drug supply or drug manufacture to contact our Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Superintendent Tanner said there is a demand for illicit substances and is not surprised people are still manufacturing and selling drugs.
He added that manufacturers have become more brazen in the cultivation and selling of illegal drugs but that hasn’t stopped police in pursuit of those taking part in illegal activities.
“We’re finding this all over the state now. Industrial areas, residential areas – anywhere that they can get cheap rent and conduct their business,” he said.
Police will also allege power was stolen at the location as quite an elaborate system had been set up inside.
Acting Superintendent Tanner indicated the two men were not previously known to police.
