Australia’s leading science and research body, the CSIRO offers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people the chance to work projects across Australia with access to the latest research and state-of-the-art technology.
Cadets must be enrolled in full-time study for their first undergraduate degree course at an Australian university, preferably in the fields of: materials science; environmental science; engineering; computer science and information management; physics or mathematical science; human resources; health, safety and environment.
The cadetships combine full time study with vacation work placements and include 12 weeks paid work and assistance with HECS costs.
