A 27-year-old man allegedly behind Wednesday’s police pursuit had his case adjourned in Dubbo Local Court this week. Adam Moorby of Wheelers Lane, Dubbo appeared before court on Thursday facing a series of charges – police pursuit, drive recklessly, drive while disqualified, negligent driving, refuse/fail to submit breath test, not give particulars to other driver, and take and drive conveyance without consent of owner. The case was adjourned to February 23.
