A Mudgee man charged with an alleged break and enter in Dubbo last month was refused bail when he appeared in Mudgee Local Court on Friday.

Trey Edward Flick, aged 19, of Headley Place, Mudgee, is charged with ‘Aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence in company’ and adjourned to appear in Dubbo court via Audio Visual Link this week.
On November 17 police were called to a Cunningham Street house following reports of a break and enter.
They were told that a 61-year-old woman awoke to find two men in her home; who allegedly threatened her before stealing property and leaving the house.
As a result of inquiries last Thursday (December 15, 2016), detectives attended Mudgee Hospital and arrested Flick.
He was refused bail because he was on parole at the time of the alleged incident and previous fail to appear offences on his record.
