Women and their myriad of achievements will be celebrated on Saturday night at the Women Out West (WOW) Awards.
It’s the sixth year the event has been held to acknowledge what organiser Jan Grady describes as the “multi-skilled and multi-talent” women of the region.
Ms Grady has been very tight-lipped about the theme and the entertainment for the awards, but said it was going to be a long night for all who attended, and one they would never forget.
She said she was most looking forward to hearing the stories of the winners.
“Their stories are not often told and that’s the magic of them,” she said.
Awards will be given in 16 categories, and ambassadors will also be announced for each of the areas, who will promote WOW for the next 12 months.
