Jeffrey took 6/20 from eight overs as Colts was dismissed for just 60 in reply to the Gold Tigers’ total of 113.
Ben Bruce was a standout in a losing effort, taking 5/24 from 7.5 overs while his 18 was the top score for Colts.

Macquarie White sits two points clear at the top of the ladder after a convincing eight wicket win over Rugby Blue. Emma Hughes’ 3/15 helped dismiss Rugby Blue for just 117, with James Rootes’ 30 the best effort. Sam Henry then guided his side to victory with the bat and finished unbeaten, alongside Matt Taylor (24 not out), as the White side reached the target with more than four overs to spare.

Young gun Rhys Beachamp showed plenty of talent at Lady Cutler South 2 as RSL-Colts White scored an exciting win in the round’s only high-scoring fixture.
Beauchamp led his side to 5/197 ad that proved to be just enough as Colts White beat Newtown Black by eight runs. Luke Holcombe’s 4/30 was crucial for Colts in the victory, as Newtown Black were kept to 189, despite the best efforts Graham Baker (53) and Kev Newbold (50).

CYMS White scored a second win of the season on Saturday, with Ben Williams and Marty Nelson leading the side to victory over South Dubbo Gold.
Nelson made 65 opening the batting while Williams finished unbeaten on 71 in his side’s total of 4/202. Tom Saul then took 3/22 from eight overs for the White Cougars as South Dubbo Gold could only manage 8/120 from 40 overs, with Scott Dwarte (38) top-scoring.

Three wickets each to Kieran Rosenbaum and Matt Neil saw Rugby Red defeat Macquarie Blue by 54 runs on Saturday.
Rugby Red had earlier posted 8/153 from 40 overs, despite the best efforts of David Elder (4/32). But Rosenbaum and Neil wouldn’t let any batsman settle and in the end Macquarie Blue could only manage to score 99.

Lachlan McColl had a solid all-round game for CYMS Green but it wasn’t enough to stop his side going down to South Dubbo Gold.
McColl scored 21 while captain Paul Suckling made 28 as the Cougars posted 7/11 from their 40 overs, with Pat Murphy (3/16) a standout with the new ball. McColl kept his side in it as he took 3/26 with the ball but Shafkat Malik hit 34 to help his side win.
