A man has faced court on multiple charges on Wednesday after the armed hold-up of a Dubbo fast-food outlet last month and a crash involving a stolen car on Tuesday.

Garrold Brian Howlett, 30, is accused of robbing the KFC restaurant in Cobra Street and two people of property while armed with a knife and then stealing a car on September 28-29.
He was arrested after a car crashed into a fence in the city’s east on Tuesday and faced Dubbo Local Court the next day.
Mr Howlett did not enter pleas and made no application for bail during a brief appearance before magistrate Les Mabbutt.
Court documents show Mr Howlett is accused of robbing KFC of four calico bags containing $600 in cash while armed with a knife between 11.52pm on September 28 and 12.29am on September 29.
He is also accused of robbing two people of personal items including keys to a Holden Cruze.
Police allege the man drove off in the car, which was later found abandoned.
About 10am Tuesday officers attempted to make an arrest in Braun Avenue.
About an hour later police arrested Mr Howlett after a car crashed into a fence on Websdale Drive.
He is accused of stealing a silver Nissan Pulsar on Tuesday morning.
He is also charged with being a never licensed person driving, driving in a manner dangerous, recklessly damaging a fence and garden pots, not giving particulars to the owner of damaged property and of intimidation.
