A 37-year-old man will be summonsed to appear in court after the Australian Boarder Force intercepted a package from China before finding the vials among other contraband during the search.
The package from China was caught in transit on September 28 and led investigators to target the man.
As well as the 335 vials, investigators also found ten bags of image of performance enhancing powder, 11 Tasers and three knuckledusters.
The man will face multiple charges, including two counts of importing prohibited goods and one count of possession.
ABF Commander of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Anthony Seebach said the seizure shows the dedication by the ABF to protect the Australian Community.
"In the wrong hands, these drugs and weapons can be dangerous," he said.
