The men in red made the perfect start to the season last weekend when they destroyed the Cougars batting lineup before piling on the runs late in the day.
CYMS could only manage 81, due largely in part to fantastic Ben Semmler’s 6-12, before Colts finished the day at 5-161.
With a lead of 80, Colts may be tempted to chase quick runs before sending CYMS back in again and piling the pressure on the Cougars’ line up for a second time.
Youngsters Jake Caudwell (4) and Tom Atlee (0) will return to the crease on Saturday but the likes of Jason Ryan and Chris Morton are still yet to bat.
CYMS will look to the likes of captain Ryan Medley and Ben Strachan to help turn around their fortunes.
Medley performed well last week and took 2-31 from 12 overs.
Play resumes at 1pm.
