A group of senior students at Macquarie Anglican Grammar School have worked with the Coffee Bean Roasting House in establishing a mobile drive-through coffee shop called James Cubed Coffee.
The students are members of the school’s Innovators Club established earlier this year and run by Rowan Garner, co-ordinator of learning technologies and analytics.
Another member of the club is Bella Tipping who has received widespread recognition for her travel review website for kids, www.kidzcationz.com.
The male students running James Cubed Coffee make, sell and deliver beverages to parents, teachers and senior students who can order on line.
The boys are continuing to do a wonderful job implementing a tangible business idea that fits with their learning objectives at school.

Customers can place an order, indicate estimated time of arrival and register car number plates “to help the boys in their deliveries”.
Headmaster of Macquarie Anglican Grammar School Craig Mansour has praised the young entrepreneurs and revealed that the cafe’s menu is expanding.
“The boys are continuing to do a wonderful job implementing a tangible business idea that fits with their learning objectives at school,” he said.
“Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available this term and I have been informed that they will be adding new items to the menu next term.”
Mr Mansour has also highlighted the work of Bella Tipping, who recently was recognised in Fortune magazine.
“We are immensely proud of Bella. She is an outstanding student who has achieved more in her 13 years than many 30-year-old innovators,” he said.
“She is a leader within our school community and a great representative for Dubbo, and we are sure that she will continue to experience further great success in life.”
The star pupil’s website is designed specifically for use by kids to review hotels, restaurants and attractions across Australia, New Zealand and the United States of Amercia (USA).
The website has received widespread publicity through media outlets in Australia and the USA.
