Newcomers Isabelle, Eva and William Marchant, Hugh and George Mitchell, Ella Mann, Hamish Murphy and Darcy, Zoe and Mason Shanks have shown some great promise since taking to the track only a few weeks ago.

Super tots and tiny tots riders Aikie Wrigley, Jordi Low, Thomas Marchant, Mackenzie Murphy, Sophie Mann, Ellie Reynen, Cody Low and Cooper Farr are also showing some great skill after just two weeks of racing.
Zac Fuller and Trent Hines traded victories in the four junior division one races as Imi Fuller and Louis and Isabelle Russell finished in the top placings as well.
Tom Williamson, Rocco Wrigley and Georgia Farr were the winners of the junior division two events, with NSW state under-9 champion and runner up Emily Hines and Jess Fuller riding well throughout the evening.
Jason Canobie has shown some strong early season form and took out the two D-grade scratch races and 2-lap handicap, while Mitch Hines won the 4-lap handicap and Lachie Clark and Sarah Gordon scored minor placings.
Brodie Wheeler, Catherine and Haylee Fuller and Gary Barber shared the spoils across the four C-grade events as Craig Granger and Heather Ticehurst finished on the podium as well.
Sam Fitzgerald took full advantage of young-gun Dylan Eather’s absence by taking out the four B-grade races over Matt Fuller, Danny Barber and Alex Russell.
Kurt Eather was victorious in three of the four A-grade events (two scratch races and four lap handicap), with Jason Farr scoring his first win in the top grade in the two-lap handicap, with Luke Ensor and Chris Couper, along with Farr registering minor placings.
Track racing continues next Tuesday evening at Victoria Park No.1 Oval on what will be the first round of the Dubbo City Toyota Track Racing Series.
Training will take place on Wednesday nights in the form of the motorpaced 100-lapper and on Thursday nights for strength and speed training.
Dubbo Cycle Club’s talented junior riders attended the first round of the National Junior Track Series at Dunc Gray Velodrome last weekend.
Brothers Kurt (Under-17 mens) and Dylan Eather (under-15 mens) are currently first and second respectively overall in the series in their divisions after some incredibly strong performances at the two-day event, while Luke Ensor sits second overall in the under-17 men’s division.
Danny Barber continued his rise in the under-15 men’s ranks with some top ten finishes and Haylee and Zara Fuller showed their prowess in their respective divisions.
