Represented by solicitor Paul Johnson, Elpida Meredith Wythes was placed on a two-year good behaviour bond, as well as being disqualified from driving for six months.
She was also placed on a two-year interlock and ordered to have her photo and fingerprints recorded.
Ms Wythes pleaded guilty to high-range drink driving after she was caught by police on May 29 with a blood alcohol reading of 0.158 on the Mitchell Highway near Molong where she had crashed her car.
During the crash, her Holden Barina rolled several times, damaging most panels, but Wythes was able to walk away uninjured.
Mr Johnson said the drink driving was out of character for his client, who had decided to drive to Dubbo to see her boyfriend.
He said the crash occurred after a kangaroo jumped out in front of her car while she was driving along the highway.
