Further to the story of the Beef City Black program who were awarded the major prize at the recent Food Awards conducted by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, approximately 90 per cent of Beef City production ranging from 2500 to 3500 head per week is exported mainly to Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
