“It was well attended, and it was a beautiful sunny day, it was great,” Debbie Mclean said.
There were 17 cars filled with goods for sale, as well as the Orana Toy Library which sold off its old toys.
A barbecue, cakes and coffee were also available.
“This year we’re looking at fundraising in different ways. We normally have a raffle and a very traditional fete but we’re not doing the raffle at all this year,” Ms Mclean said.
The fete would be replaced with a multicultural twilight fair, she said.
The money raised from the car boot sale and the other fundraisers goes to the general running of the Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
