Jock McGhee won the Horizons Gold Shirt award for July.
The presentation winners for the month were Geoff Miller and Graham Tongue while the individual winners were Alan Taylor, Geoff Miller and Jock McGhee.
There is set to be more action in the coming weeks with the Dubbo Vets Week of Golf being held from September 19-23. The Week of Golf is the biggest event on the Dubbo Veteran Golfers calendar and a favourite among the local golfers. It also draws a large number of Veteran golfers both male and female from across the state.
The Vets Individual Championships will be played at Cobar on Friday, September 2 while the Gulgong Open will be held on Thursday, September 15.
In other coming events, the NSWVGA 4BBB Championships will be played at Narromine on September 17 and 18 anf a booking sheet is on the board at Dubbo Golf Club.
Locally, the August Presentation Day will be held this Friday and is a Two Man Ambrose while the Henry Jom Prize day is on September 16 and is a nine hole 4BBB stableford (partner needed).
Lastly, the Monthly Presentation Day for September will be held on the 30th of that month with the event being a 4BBB Stableford.
