On Wednesday, September 13, a Positive Partnerships workshop will be held at Dubbo RSL Club to help those charged with helping kids of at school and at all levels of the spectrum.
The workshop is funded as part of a Federal government and Department of Education initiative to support school-age children across Australia.
Parents will be able to gain knowledge about how to develop effective family and school partnerships, as well as strategies to support participation at school and develop an awareness of any ongoing learning needs.
There will also be a chance to access information about local school processes for helping children on the autism spectrum.
The workshop is free, and for full details and online registration visit the website www.positivepartnerships.com.au
