A 21-YEAR-OLD man will appear in Orange Local Court on Tuesday to face charges relating to a fatal crash at Vittoria.

A 56-year-old Orange woman died in the head-on collision near the Beekeepers Inn on the Mitchell Highway about 12.45pm on Sunday.
Police say a Holden Commodore was travelling east on the Mitchell Highway when it collided with another Holden Commodore which was travelling west.
A 56-year-old male driver of the westbound vehicle was taken Orange Base Hospital for treatment to minor injuries. His wife, a 56-year-old teacher at Orange’s Bletchington Pblic School, died at the scene.
The 21-year-old male driver of the eastbound Commodore was taken to Orange Base Hospital with a fractured cheek. His 16-year-old female passenger was also taken to Orange Base Hospital suffering a fractured wrist.
The 21-year-old driver was released from hospital on Monday and was taken to Orange police station for questioning.
He was charged with a number of offences including:
- Dangerous driving occasioning death.
- Negligent driving occasioning death.
- Dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
- Negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
- Cause bodily harm by misconduct.
- Unlicensed driving.
- Not keep left of driving line.
He has been refused bail to appear in Orange Local Court.
