Dubbo MP and Deputy Premier Troy Grant and Emergency Services Minister David Elliott were in Dubbo on Friday to make the presentation.
Representatives from Narromine, Mudgee and Gulgong VRA squads were also in Dubbo to get their defibrillators.
VRA commissioner Mark Gibson said the devices were easy to use and squad members were given the training to ensure they could be ready to go in an emergency.
“The VRA attends all MVAs [motor vehicle accidents] or searches and we are also there to assist other emergency services, in particular the ambulance in this case,” he said.
