Police have charged three men after an alleged aggravated break and enter on a house under construction in the South Lakes area of Dubbo yesterday.

About 4pm on thursday officers from Orana Local Command executed a search warrant at Springfield Way, Dubbo.
Police will allege during the search a number of items, believed to be stolen, were located.
It is alleged the items were stolen at the weekend while building sites in the area were unattended.
Three men were arrested and taken to Dubbo Police Station where they were charged with aggravated break and enter with intent in company and aggravated enter dwelling with intent – offender in company.
One of the men, 47-year-old Brian Whitney, was refused bail to appear at Dubbo Local Court today.
The two remaining men, aged 28 and 34, were granted conditional bail to appear at Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday, September 14.
