Police say they attended the Warne Street address after receiving calls about a person breaking a window at the premises. Upon arrival police observed movement from within the house, gained entry and arrested the male, who at the time was in the process of stealing property from the house which included a laptop computer and a child's piggy bank.

The male was arrested and charged with break and enter and other offences relating to the matter. He was refused bail to appear before the Dubbo Children's Court .’’
