With an increased total purse of $4400, the tournament promises to be bigger and better than last year’s success.
Proudly sponsored by Sainsbury Hyundai, the fours’ tournament is an open medley event - meaning teams can comprise men, women, or a mixture of both.
The one-day event, commencing at 9am, comprises of four games over 10 ends each, giving all teams a more than even chance of success.
The winner will collect $1600 while second will get $1000, third $800 and the fourth side will receive $600. There are also $200 rewards for best cards for rounds three and four.
Hyundai models will be on display, and leading Hyundai Sales Representative, Grahame Miller, will be on hand to answer any questions.
Last year’s winners, Cooper Pike, Nathan Collis, Richard Clarke and Tim Farrell will be defending their title as the same group. However there are many top teams nominated to fight out this year’s event, with former Club Dubbo champion Josh Andriske and his team, plus tree strong teams from the Gulgong area and Adam Favell from Lithgow all keen contenders.
