Orcher was suspended in August of last year while playing for Dubbo Westside.
He copped a record two-year ban for his involvement in the heated local derby against Macquarie but that was reduced on appeal.
Ironically, he makes his return in the same fixture but this time he is back in the blue of Macquarie.
It marks another switch for Orcher, who left the Raiders early last season to link up with the Rabbitohs.
“At the end of the day Rowan wants to be playing football and he wants to be playing for Macquarie,” Raiders coach Steve McLellan said.
“I thought there might have been some baggage from what happened but he wants to be there and what happened in the past happened in the past and he’ll add something to our side.
“He’s a big body and will have a good combination with Josh Merritt on our right-hand side.”
