The Rabbitohs defeated the Wellington Cowboys at Caltex Park last Friday night and they return to that ground again on Sunday for a clash with the Forbes Magpies.
With the season now entering its second round, coach Robbie Dunn is well aware there is still plenty of time left to make a charge towards the top five and finals.
But if the Rabbitohs are to feature in the post-season they need to start scoring some upset wins and Sunday is posing as the perfect chance for that as the Magpies are coming off a general bye.
After a promising run on debut last week, Josh Trindall will again be key in the halves alongside Steve Riley while flying fullback Sam Coe has the potential to break any game open.
Forbes will again rely on their forward pack, led by the likes of Jake Grace, Zac Merritt and Hayden Bolam.
Sunday’s match kicks off at 2.30pm.
