Dubbo will be represented in the Opens Division 2 as well as the 21 and Under and the 17 and Under divisions.
All three sides have been training since late last year and Dubbo Netball Association's Michelle Williams, who will also be playing in the Opens side, said each squad was ready for the gruelling three days of competition.
"It's amazing. It's the first time I can remember since I've been involved that we're sending three teams going to the State Championships," she said.
"It just shows we're increasing our depth and retaining our young ones.
"Sometimes we lose them to uni or in years 11 and 12 they don't play as much rep netball but it's good to see them keen to continue on."
The 21s side faces a huge test across the three days, taking on the state's best netball centres.
While the Opens and 17s are in Division 2, there is only one 21s competition meaning Dubbo will meet the likes of Newcastle, Wyong and Penrith.
The likes of Kiera Garling, Maddi Alderdice and Tara Parkinson will be key for the 21s after playing at the highest level locally in recent years. The 21s will play 16 matches across the three days while the other two sides will play 23 fixtures.
"If you don't have that depth it's hard to get through 23 games," Williams said.
"You need to rest players but you always need good combinations and be able to change things up.
"But we've been doing a lot of training, both fitness and on the court and that should be able to keep us fresh."
The 17 and Under side has performed well at recent carnivals and developed well as a unit due to the fact they also play together in the local Thursday night indoor competition.
The Opens have also spent plenty of time together and Williams is shaping as a key player in the midcourt.
As well as taking on local rivals like Cobar, Bathurst and Coonabarabran, the Opens will also meet Coffs Harbour and the Inner Western Suburbs in what is expected to be an extremely competitive division.
"It would be amazing and it would reinforce all the hard work that we've been doing," she said.
"It's what we've been building towards and it would be great for the club, the community and the association."
The State Netball Championship matches, to be played out at Newcastle and Charlestown, begin on Saturday morning and run right through to Saturday afternoon.
