The Jets took down the Dubbo team 32 points to 26.
Scoring the first four tries of the game, Darryl Cubby (2), Corey Cox and Mick Clarke got the Narromine Jets off to a great start.
Corey Cox converted three of those four making the score 22-0 after 26 minutes.
Amongst the mist and icy rain, dropped balls and slippery tackles saw Westside get two tries on the board with the score sitting at 22-10 at half time.
Westside scored first in the second half with Luke Thompson scoring just minutes into second half. Cox converted making the score Narromine 28-16.
Cubby scored his third try of the match, seeing the Jets double their opponents score.
The Jets were pulled up with a few penalties seeing Westide get another two over the posts, but it wasn’t enough to beat Narromine with the final score being 32-26.
Tim Walker got the highest tackle count for the game with 27 tackles, Luke Harding, Jordan Richardson and Thompson all made the Jets proud with 19 tackles each.
Thompson also made the most hit-ups with 12.
Players’ player was Quentin Dickinson.
Reserve grade was a much closer game with both sides scoring three tries each.
The half time score was Westside 10 to Narromine 8.
First two try scorers in the first half were Jason Poulson and Tremaine Frances. They brought the score to Narromine 8 Westside 0 in the initial 15 minutes.
Kalab Sheedy scored in the 44th minute, his try was converted by his brother Ethan Sheedy.
This brought the final score to Narromine 14 to Westside 16.
Mick Greer made a whopping 31 tackles.
The next highest tackle count was Trev Everingham with 15.
Highest hit-ups was Dale Hutchison with 15, Ryan Wheeler with 11 and Tremaine Frances with 10.

Narromine Juniors also had a tight game. Our try scorers being Cye Beer, Strath Munro, Jake Barnes (2) and Tyson Eastment.

Highest tackle count was Jake Barnes with 20, Tyson Eastment with 17 and Rex Brown with 17.
Cooper Anning did an amazing 20 hit-ups in one game, following behind him was Cye Beer with 11.

Jets Women’s League Tag team couldn’t get a win this week.
The final score being Narromine 4 to Westside 20.
The team defended well with Rachael Reid making 15 tags, Bec Hill and Lea Clarke Made 12 tags each.
The girls need to work on their attack to get points on the board. Rachael Reid and Bec Hill made 10 hit-ups each, Danielle made 7.
