The weather forced both matches at Parkes and Lithgow to be cancelled, with the Dubbo Blue Jays one of the sides affected.
The Blue Jays were meant to take on Parkes United, while the other games cancelled were the men's and women's Souths vs Lithgow Zig Zag fixtures and the game between Parkes United and Lithgow Panthers.
Premier League Hockey have left the rescheduled dates up to the teams to decide between themselves and will only step in should neither side come to an agreement.
Bathurst Souths men's coach Ray Winwood-Smith is one of the officials now scrambling to organise a date and admitted he and every other side will struggle to sort it out.
"The call that it was postponed was made at 11.30am, just about when we were about to head down. The boys were really disappointed about it. They were very keen, everything was in place and they were in the right frame of mind to go down and do the job," Winwood-Smith said.
"We obviously want both teams to play when they've got their best sides available. Because it was Zig Zag's home game they've got the right to retain that. They've talked about playing it this Thursday. I've been talking to the manager of Zig Zag and they say it's the only time they can play this week.
"We've both got guys who would be in and out on that date. My preferred date is June 19, a Sunday. Lithgow have said they cannot do that but I'm going to continue to explore that option. It's going to be a little to and fro.
"It's about having the guys to fill the key positions and if we've got that then we're happy to play."
The men's match could shape up to be one of the most pivotal fixtures in the season given both sides sit level on 24 points, now two behind the third-placed Wanderers who drew with St Pat's 2-all on Saturday.
The Blue Jays clash with Parkes United can also have repercussions, but unfortunately not for the Dubbo side.
The Blue Jays remain firmly at the foot of the ladder without a win to their name and finals hopes all but faded.
Parkes went into the weekend in fifth place and would have seen the match against the winless Blue Jays as the perfect chance to solidify their finals chances.
With all matches having to be played within the next 28 days and next weekend the long weekend, the dates June 19 and June 26 are appearing as the most likely for the four fixtures.
