Former Home And Away star Steve Peacocke is the brunt of a humorous piece by the group which has in excess of 48,000 followers on Facebook.
The article outlines a fictitious meeting between him and members of the "Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre" in Los Angeles.
The centre is described as being "the cornerstone of a career in showbusiness, with many opportunities to make contacts and new friends".
In it Peacocke is described as being "too Dubbo" for Scientology while he is also called out for a supposed boozy night out, the first sign of which was when he put on his old Central West Rugby tie.
The tie, which is actually a keepsake from his old days with the Dubbo Kangaroos, has been a talking point in recent weeks after Peacocke wore the accessory at Australian television's night of nights, the Logie Awards, earlier this month.
“Whenever he puts that tie on, he means business. The day he hangs that thing up for good, sell your shares in Bundaberg,” Peacocke's faux manager is reported as saying.
Unfortunately for Peacocke the "meeting" with the controversial religious group didn't go well and he won't be invited back anytime soon.
