The QRamp is attached to the plane when it stops on the tarmac at Dubbo Regional Airport and creates a gentle gradient for passengers to walk up and down.
It is also much simpler for people with a disability to board and disembark the plane, with room to use a wheelchair.
Qantaslink say the Q-ramp will improve on time performance.
Dubbo residents Katie Harley and Debbie O'Connor got to use the ramp on flights to and from Sydney and agreed that it made getting on and off the plane much quicker.
"I saw it for the first time yesterday [Monday] and thought it must have been used to help someone with a disability but if it is something they are using all the time, that is great. It makes it a lot easier," Ms Harley said.
QantasLink Chief Executive Officer John Gissing said the airline continued to look at ways to improve the customer experience for all customers.
"I'm delighted that we're rolling out our newest ramp in Dubbo; we now have the QRamp deployed across the majority of our network and we are the only regional airline in Australia with this innovation," Mr Gissing said.
"While all customers will be able to use the ramp, it will importantly benefit our customers with specific needs."
