Australia Day Honours 2016: Richard Champion de Crespigny appointed AM

The planned second airport for Sydney should be named the "Sydney Nancy Bird Walton International Airport" after the Australian aviatrix according to feted Qantas captain Richard de Crespigny of flight QF32 fame, who is appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM).
