The two-hour concert, which is part of the If I Can Dream tour, will feature all of Elvis' hits including Heartbreak Hotel, Don't Be Cruel, Hound Dog, All Shook Up and five costume changes that chronicle the King's remarkable career.
Mr Anthony said the show would include a media presentation of photos showing the milestones of Elvis' career.
"I'll be playing a lot of his hit songs and even some of the obscure songs for his most die-hard fans," Mr Anthony said.
"At the end of the day the show is about Elvis - the man and his music."
Mr Anthony, who has always been a massive Elvis fan, said his favourite song was hard to choose.
"It's always changing," he said.
"But I think the song If I Can Dream, which is also the name of the tour, would have to be one of my favourites, just because of the meaning behind it.
"He sung about a troubled world."
Mr Anthony has been performing these shows for the past 12 years.
Before he forged a career as an Elvis Presley tribute artist, Mr Anthony worked as a jazz musician for a period of time, but decided he wanted to take a break.
"I knew I wanted to get back into the industry and do something that I loved and I'm a massive Elvis fan so I knew I would never get sick of his songs or of performing them," he said.
Mr Anthony said Dubbo audiences can expect a whole lo of fun.
"The fun we have on stage is amazing," he said.
"It changes every night."
Mr Anthony said he hopes to educate the not so big Elvis fans and re-educate the die-hard fans on the King's amazing life and career.
"It's about keeping his memory alive and have a great time doing it" he said.
Mr Anthony will be commencing his 2016 tour If I Can Dream at the Dubbo Regional Theatre Convention Centre on Friday, February 5.
Tickets can be purchased through the DRTCC website.
