In another match, CYMS Green (5-124) defeated St John's White (7/91).
St John's batted first and got off to a rough start with Rexy Bassingthwaite (1-13) clean bowling Jack Strawns on the first ball of the day.

The fielding of the CYMS boys should also be noted with two excellent catches by Josh Townsend and one by Rexy Bassingthwaite backing up their bowlers in the field. Fletcher Hyde also saved many runs by never giving up chasing the ball to the boundary.
The CYMS innings also started roughly with Angus Boland (1-1) bowling Foley on the second ball to have the St John's boys fired up in the field.
It didn't last long though, and Darby Amor made 24 before Rudy Peet (1-8) clean bowled him with a beauty.
Joshy Townsend (12 not out) and Rex Bassingthwaite (8 not out) got CYMS to the target with the help of some wayward St Johns bowling. The St Johns fielding couldn't match the CYMS boys in effort however Elias Sarantzouklis was very tidy behind the stumps and continues to improve his keeping.
CYMS were too good all round in this game and deserved their comprehensive win.
