Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW wants to rejuvenate its property portfolio, prompting the sale of PCYC Parramatta at 2 Hassall Street.

The Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW (PCYC) plans to rejuvenate its property portfolio and embark on an asset recycling program to fund and replace a range of ageing Sydney centres with state of the art facilities. PCYC controls a substantial property portfolio throughout NSW and some clubs are in prime positions in Sydney's fastest-growing suburbs. This has prompted the sale of PCYC Parramatta at 2 Hassall Street through CBRE's structured transactions and advisory services senior director, Kelwyn Teo.
