Tiny tots riders Aikie Wrigley, Ewen Billsborough and MacKenzie Murphy were rewarded for their developing skills, while super tots Jarryd Fuller, Ellie Reynen, Alexis Smyth, Taiden Adams, Connor Billsborough and Elise Berryman showed why they would be riders to watch in the coming years after another display of exciting racing.
Chris Gilbert, Emily Hines, Rocco Wrigley and Jess Fuller battled out the podium placings across the junior development division races and continued to show off their improving skills on the bike.
Junior division two provided for some entertaining racing, with Tyrone Smyth winning both scratch events and Angus Campbell taking out both handicap events, but not without a challenge from Tyler Barnes, Will Gilbert and Tom Russell.
Brodie Wheeler (three and four-lap scratch races), Zara Fuller (four-lap handicap) and Isabelle Russell (two-lap handicap) shared the spoils in junior division one as younger riders Zac Fuller, Trent Hines, and Imogen and Makayla Fuller ensured their older rivals had to work for their victories.
The D-grade bunch was unable to catch limit marker Helen Hines, who won the two and four-lap handicaps, with the four-lap scratch race taken out by Jason Canobie and the five-lap scratch race won by Lachlan Sinclair.
In his first track night of the season, Simon Allen won the C-grade two and four-lap handicap races, as well as the six-lap scratch race, while Aaron Willmot was the winner of the five-lap scratch race, with Craig Granger, Jacob Smyth and Danny Barber filling the minor placings across the four events.
Chris Couper scored two wins for the evening in the A-grade 20-lap scratch race and eight-lap scratch race, while young guns Luke Ensor (two-lap handicap) and Kurt Eather (four-lap handicap) took out the two A-grade handicap events.
Alex Russell was the victor in all four B-grade events, leaving Dylan Eather, Matt Fuller and Garry Barber to battle for the remaining podium placings throughout the evening.
Dubbo Cycle Club will also have a strong contingent of riders head to Bathurst this week for the Bathurst 200 Track Open and NSW Country Track Championships at the newly built track at Perthville.
